WWE is expected to land a notable free agent in Tama Tonga.

Dave Meltzer reports the top NJPW star is headed to the company after working for NJPW for nearly 14 years. He finished up this past Saturday in a tag team match where he and his brother Tanga Loa.

They put over their other brother, Hikuleo, and Phantasmo, with manager Jado as referee. As for Tonga, he’s been on WWE’s radar for a while.

Tonga started his career in All Japan Pro Wrestling, where he worked as King Tonga, Haku, and Meng before going to NJPW, where he was part of The Bullet Club alongside AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows.

While with NJPW, he held the IWGP Tag Team Titles seven times with Loa while also holding the Never Openweight Title four times.
